hey guys i bet the panthers are probably going to run on 1st and 2nd downs. but i dunno.

Run on first, run on second, throw on third. Next set of downs: run on first, play-action to Smitty. Next set of downs: run on first, run on second...

It's not the whats that Hoover could help with, it's the whys. Hoover has been there through Fox's entire tenure.

This actually happened to the Panthers once. Casey Cramer went to Tennessee, and Cramer was calling out the Panthers special teams plays to his teammates on the field.

I see us resigning Hoov before the season starts. Two ways of this happening, 1) Fox & Co. wanted to give the guy some resting time like Favre, since he's getting old for a FB anyway. And they want Fiammetta to feel like a starter, because Hoov would obviously only play one more season. or 2) Fox & Co. honestly cut the guy, but they could end up not feeling comfortable with just Fiammetta and bring Hoov back as security.

Just throwin' out some ideas here...

So they pick up Hoover in hopes of maybe winning one of their 2 games against Panthers.

They still have to execute!

Paying him for one season since that's all Hoover said he wanted to play and B/C he's old and injury prone.

He will then tell them of S T players weakness on S T plays

Knowing most of those players are gone or that the NEW coach will have new plays which may play to said players stronger points .

      Steelers fans will take over the Stadium and city   It will be unbearable  worse for me, on the west coast, resigned to the nfl network and you know it will be a steelers broadcast team.    It was ungodly bad with sheduer 2 weeks ago  Last game, tried listening  on panthers radio and  watching  on espn live last week but the delay between the 2 drove me nuts  so as bad as they were playing, found something else to do

      I mean I don't have a personal axe to grind with any human on the Panthers roster.  I know AT shouldn't be dominating the slot. The fact he is....is because we have a horrific front office/management.   I can part with any player.   The goal is a winning team.   the root of the AT ranting, is really just looking out for BY (people like to call me BY hater though).  A QB who was basically screwed from day 1 when we got drafted here.  I went hard at Carolina then too for setting him up to fail. Because it was obvious from the jump the setup was failure by design.  Which was true.   I said Frank bad zero sense with BY.  Miles Sandes made double zero sense.  The players they got in FA made zero sense.     Either you build a BY O.....or you move on from BY.  I have said I am cool either way.  We are in no man's land and have been there since they day we drafted him.
