Chicago Bulls fans put up Billboard for LeBron James

YOu know, the Bulls seems to be everyones first or second choice on where he will be this fall but I think they are further down on his list. D. Wade spoke recently that the "fighting" incident between Del ***** and Paxon (combined with rumors of Paxon's hard nose management techniques) along with the owners history of not be that cozy with his players was on his mind. Combine that with the Noah/Lebron tension from this past season makes me think the King is not as high on that organization right now.

The Wade/ownership/loyalty thing is a complete load of steaming crap.

So how many ex-Heat are on the payroll?

Nobody is more apt to hire/retain former players than Reinsdorf.

Ask Jay Williams how he feels about the Bulls.

Randy Brown. Bill Cartwright. The aforementioned Pax. Randy Meyers.

The Bulls bench and office is full of ex-players.

Always has been.

To a fault, IMO.

Jordan basically wanted them to hand him the keys to the car.

Sorry Mike, former players do not the best front office types make.

Bird? Zeke?

Lots of megastars want to just show up and be themselves, not actually roll up the sleeves.

You guys will see.

Trust me.

EVERYBODY wants Lebron, If i was the Bulls i would look to bring D-Wade home.

The Bulls have decent chemistry as a team and believe it or not Lebron would not fit as well as Wade. Deng would have to be moved. But Wade would not displace another player at Shooting Guard.

    • The good thing about replacing a bad player is you really have nothing to lose. If their replacement is bad so what, you didn't get much worse and probably saved money.
    • I came over from the old Panthers Insider site. When Fox Sports bought that platform it slowly just started dying plus the guy who ran that site was dealing with some pretty significant health issues so the whole thing just slowly fell apart. Quite a few of us migrated over here. Not sure how many are still around.  I miss that place. It struck a nice balance of having enough active posters to keep productive conversation flowing but didn't have so much traffic that you end up with a lot of trolling BS. This place is getting there though since we shutdown new registrations but at some point we're going to have to open it back up or we'll watch this place slowly die off too as posters fall off for one reason or another. We just have to figure out a way to filter out the spam bots. It was a never ending battle to ban the spam bots to keep then from overrunning the site. You'd think they'd be a little more strategic. I mean, if you fill a site with nothing but spam people are just going to stop coming so it's not a sustainable model. But nope, every one of them makes dozens of duplicate threads filling up pages upon pages as soon as their account goes live.
    • lol...I don't remember that.  Although recalling what I had for breakfast yesterday is sometimes a challenge.  Hope it was a positive thing.
