I'm pretty sure the word of a convicted felon (who by the way was shown to be lying on certain occasions in the report) wouldn't hold up in a murder trial' date=' so yea I think that wouldn't be concrete.....[/quote']

Congratulations on being right while all the investigators and experts are wrong. I see that you are now practicing law. I had no idea you were as expert on so many areas. LOL

You must be an expert or a lawyer given how you constantly render opinions as if you know better than the experts involved. Otherwise why would you would keep arguing that you are right while all of them are wrong.

So I was just giving you your due. Unless you are not an expert but just an opinioned message board poster who likes to argue. Couldn't be that though. :D

I don't think you have to be an expert to know that taking a convicted felons word and using it as your only piece of evidence is sloppy and irresponsible at best. Also not letting the defendant (USC in this case) cross examine said felon is also irresponsible. Go ahead and badger me because I find fault in the way the NCAA handled the case (there certainly was if you read the report and you read USC's response to the NCAA in Dec of 2009). I have read both, you have obviously read neither so until you do you may want to not speak on the topic again.....

My point is that your opinion is neither expert or particularly informed based on a summary document without actually being involved in the case.Again you go on like a defense attorney with no qualifications or status to do so. I don't have a dog in this fight so feel free to go on and on. Just don't expect me or anyone else to give it much weight. Obviously you expected to just state your opinion as fact with no one calling it in question as if you were an expert. And are butt hurt when I did.

Call your next witness, Matlock.:smilielol5:

Like I said you really shouldn't comment on the issue till you read the report. It makes you look pretty ill informed. Everything I have said is factual you do enough research on the matter you will find it, it's not my problem that you are to blind to accept the NCAA may be a corrupt organization. I find it funny how you keep saying I am not informed when I have read the entire NCAA document and the Universities response to the NCAA findings. Furthermore, I have been hearing about this investigation for four years now. You say that I expect everyone to accept my opinion as fact, you couldn't be more wrong. I could care less what anyone thinks of my opinion, I post it on here because thats what a discussion board is for. I'm not asking nor am I expecting anyone to agree with me, but to tell me I'm not informed on the situation is an incorrect assumption on your part. I have done my due diligence over the last four years researching every part of this case.

You say it's a summary report, it's not. The Infractions Committee developed a thorough and complete report stating all the evidence presented during the committee's meeting, violations and penalties then delivered it to the media. This is everything that was presented to USC. All concrete evidence that Lloyd Lake does or doesn't have was not presented at the request of the NCAA, research that if you don't believe me, I don't care enough to find it for you. I don't really know what your problem is with me and frankly I don't care either. And as for you calling me out go ahead I could care less what somebody sitting behind a computer screen says to me. Ridicule me, harass me, make fun of me, tell me I'm an idiot who doesn't know a damn thing about what I'm talking about, I could care less. I think your the one who's butthurt that I'm a fan of the Trojans and I have the audacity to say the penalties were too severe. Guess what, I've been a Trojan since I was born and I will die one as well. So yea when USC got an unprecedented penalty yesterday I felt like saying my opinion. I guess you expected that I would just jump off the bandwagon or something......sorry to disappoint.....
