Unlike the majority of yall, I would still love to have him in carolina...When his motor was actually on, he was an athlete in a league of his own. Even when he was going at 75 percent he was still the best athlete on the field more times than not. Yeah I want somone that gives 100 percent all the time but his 75 percent was better than any of our other DE's best stuff

he was much better but that's just because he is inherently gifted as a football player and and for now our DE's aren't that impressive. He was becoming discouraged and it would make no sense to give him a huge contract and then have to let go one of our other players who are just as good(kalil, williams, beason). To get that kind of money you need to be the face of the franchise, a leader, and give 100%. He didn't do well in any of those categories. It was time to cut him loose, he did a good job of remaining respectful and professional during this 2 year situation but things could only get worse.

I used to think the huddle was better than most of these other message boards until peppers left. People wishing injuries on him and having dumptrucks of sand in their va-jay-jays. Just shameful.
