Losing Pesce and Skjei killed our blue line

Exactly the reason that most expected us to take a fairly large step back this year. Losing those 2 in the same offseason was a huge blow to the overall team identity.

There were always going to be growing pains from this transition. The fact that we have barely missed a beat, record wise, should be a huge feather in the cap of both, RBA and E.T.

The fact that the team is learning how to win without a shutdown defense, should bear us fruit whenever Morrow and Nikishin are ready to make their debuts.

I know Nikko's case is a little complex. But, I'd love to see Morrow get a call up before the playoffs to get him seasoned up for a cup run!

    • Not sure how much he was a long term piece of this team.   Sucks to not have him as part of the rotation.   Looks like it's Lee Hunter time.
    • This post was an error. Oops and sorry for the errors in the previous one. Too slow to edit.   We’ll see what they do.
    • I am not sure he will put the over the games but we’ll probably have them.   Two things I am thinking.  We have 4 preseason games.  All the coaches have enough service time to know the standards that are in place for decades. If I recall it was play your starters just a series to start woth and build it up until week theee where play a lot and you have week four to set hour roster. Evaluate before cuts.   Bevell will certainly have the whole thing down pat.   I’d they don’t do the fries and frie air will worry too. Because it is set up to do that.     I have said since they went t three preseason people have to figure a new way are still feeling it out and trying things.  We don’t have to this year.
