I think you could make the argument that DE squad is more talented than last years. Of course they haven't played a down yet but what we are hearing is encouraging. Yeah we don't have Peppers, but Hardy and Norwood provide us with two guys with a lot of talent and high motors to contribute. It will also help keep Johnson and Brown fresh. There is no replacing Peppers though, but the talent is there to be better I think.

Cat- TE's are getting a lot of passes and I've seen quite a few 2 TE sets. With the threat of the run game and Smith I think we'll be fine with one other reliable receiving option regardless of whether it's TE or WR.

JOAT is Corey Irvin looking good? Could he push the starting line up?

Honesty don't know and have heard very little about him. Very quiet camp from Irvin apparently.

I think Norwood is gonna be the steal of the draft even with Hardy doing well. 3-4 teams are gonna be kicking themselves in the ass for not drafting this kid. He was a monster for South Carolina and I expect nothing less from him here. He might not be as talented as Shawne Merriman but he is built in the same mold. Give him a year or two with some weights and he is gonna be something to deal with.

I agree with that. Last season I was watching my wolfpack play South Carolina and Norwood was wreckin. But that was college but I have good feelings about Norwood.
