Our corners have sucked, turg is part of the problem but we still need some help. Lucas is getting old and has a good sized contract, the way he has been playing he could be out. Marshall is not a starting db.

Don't know what all corners are in the draft, or FA.

I do know oaklands Nnamdi Asomugha is a FA and he wants out of oakland. Davis franchised him last year, but may not now that he wants out. Would love to get him if we could; big athletic cb that has just been on a bad team, he did pretty well vs smith this year. Anybody think we would have the cap space for him?

the only way we get him is if we somehow trade peppers for him...no way we can keep pep and get him he will call for a huge payday....but he could def be worth it....

but it want matter if we still give 10 yard cushins b4 every play

      It's crazy with how much winning was going on when we had a little cool off period that we're still just a couple games out of 6th. Moussa is getting better every week and Coby is getting comfortable. Would be nice to get to 6 but I think this team is a lot more stacked than the last couple play ins. I can't remember the exact rules but if you're 7th seed and win the first game I think you automatically move on and don't have to play the second game?

      I think it was a thing for sure. Panthers weren’t too many people’s first choice. Or 5th choice.  2022 and 2023… coaches fired mid season. Consecutive years. You want any of that?  He has definitely overseen a rehab of how the Panthers are perceived. Because we are a place that is seen as up and coming. And just the little thing of he accommodated Theilen so graciously, that gets noticed. It all adds up. Dan is doing a lot of things right, probably most things.  Needs a good draft.

      K, I think that is dumb, but you do you. I didn't find anything online that made him out to be a dislikable person. I am certain the Panthers would have cared so much if they lost your fandom if they hired Sean Payton. But bet you would have come crawling back if Sean lead us to a Super Bowl victory or Golden leads UNC to a champion ship. It is easy to say you are gonna leave a team if the hire someone you dislike when the chips are down. But people like you tend to come crawling back once the team finds success.
