Yeah the game is average. I beat it in under 3 hours on hard and im not even that good at games. A lot of times you're shooting someone and can't figure out why they're not dying only to find out it is some stupid set up part in the game where a rocket comes in for the kill or the guy you're with comes up to stab them. The online play is pretty fun. It is basically a BFBC2 map pack though with new game types. Get it used.

MoH is Battlefield. You will love it.

Allow me to restate:

"It sounds like EA shat the bed with this one, at the very least I see no material difference between this and BFBC2 which I love and already play regularly, and I hope they make significant improvements in Battlefield 3 that would merit me spending my money on it."

Yeah i don't remember everything said in this thread. There are new guns, new maps, new game types, and point streaks(kill streaks). It plays and looks like battlefield. So there is a lot of material difference. There for you will love it.

Meh.

I'm more interested in the BFBC2 Vietnam Expansion Pack.

They did in 2004. This is the sequel for BFBC2. I think it's just multiplayer. $15 dollars for 4 new maps, and veitnam era guns and vehicles. Should be out around the holidays

Cool...but damn can't believe its been 6 years since that game came out. I remember thinking how bad it was to play CCR while flying a chopper.

I like the game and storyline. It seemed a bit short, or maybe I was just having too much fun.

Multiplayer is not that bad, but it doesn't beat COD. It gets frustrating when you get killed by an AK or a shotgun well out of range. Minor bugs and server problems, but I recommend it for those with not much to do after work.

p.s. Once you get your hand on a Battle Rifle, don't use anything else in multiplayer.

    • Give me Anthony Hill Jr or give me death
    • We need a Sam Off Ball Backer to pair with Lloyd. Lloyd is a strong Interior Will especially in Pass Coverage- but that is also Trevin Wallace’s archetype. Need a Rozeboom style run stopper. Rodriguez and Allen fit that
    • There aren’t that many ways to screw Day 2 up.  That’d be them making an obvious reach, or selecting at one of the few positions that we are pretty solid at. Because as excited as we are for the growth and improvement this team is showing, it’s still not an overly talented or deep roster. Honestly, there aren’t really many positions I’d feel bad about. Feelings about Bryce aside (because we are not going to select a QB), it’s really RB (bad positional value) and that’s it. I guess OT too since we grabbed Freeling in Round 1.    While not as high on my wish list as other spots, you can justify WR or TE.     Interior offensive lineman who would likely take over an interior spot either this year (at center) or guard (next for cap casualty of Hunt or Lewis)? Fine by me.   Dlineman? Yes, that’s a highly rotational position and we have zero quality depth.    ILB? Yep, could stand for an upgrade over Wallace.    EDGE? Absolutely wouldn’t hate another option to spell Phillips, Scourton, and Princely.    FS?  Would love to add better coverage skill set to the backend of the defense. Moehrig and Ransom are great in run support but not as good deep. Adding a more traditional FS would allow us to mix and match/run some 3 safety sub packages and or a big nickel type look with a SS down near the line for better run support in possible pass downs.    CB? Could stand to get better at nickel.
