Our First Win Is Going To Be Epic!

I'm not sure I'd call a 5-3 victory against the Browns epic...

I'd not be so quick to chalk the Browns up as a victory just yet. Jake Delhomme might be so used to throwing to Panthers that he instinctively tries to throw to the Panthers on the field. Invariably this means the ball will actually end up in the hands of the Browns. Jake could have a career day.

No I think our victory will come as a total shock, and be a huge upset over a team that is strongly favored over us...like the Rams.

Actually, Jake has been out... Seneca Wallace has been starting the last few games.

    • Who were we going to trade up with? The Dolphins wanted Proctor, the Rams were vehement on taking Ty Simpson, the Ravens wanted Ioane, and the Bucs werent trading with us except for maybe a kings ransom. Even if we wanted to move, we had no partner. Moot point.
    • Devin Lloyd is a stud lb but who is next to him? Prince and Nic should improve. Lee was super value but i am not counting this fourth round chicken yet. I would expect some improvement; hope to eat my words w/ a top ten D.
    • I mean I agree about diminished Cam probably still being viable. Even though it gave a preview of how teams would defend the pass against a limited QB. There was an issue with the upcoming contract he was due to get and his expectations vs the new reality of his physical status - that people tend to  overlook when looking back on it  It had an effect on things I believe   But I do have to ask… what about Tepper’s second major move? fuging clueless   I mean I would take even an injured  Cam over Bryce all day long.
