Need help - Forum acting up?

I keep getting this message when I log in.. recently I've had to keep it on this screen and open another window to view the forum.. any help is greatly appreciated..

(I've cleared all my browser history/cache/etc)

pretty sure it goes away if you turn off the automatic DST...user CP, options. scroll down to time zone and do not select automatic correct for DST or something like that

I can't get to that point.. anything to do with User CP, and it sends me back to that message..

Did you clear your cookies? It was doing it to me and after I cleared my cookies I havent gotten it again.

just cleared them again in the browser window.. no such luck.

I know I had it when I tried to change for time change...think it has to be real quick refresh and into user CP to change it...maybe an admin can do that for you...a mod can't, sorry.
