uh yeah I'm sure it could if you got all those leaders around and everyone smoked a fat blunt of some fire and then someone was like "mannnnn why are we even fighting anyways, this is so dumb" and then the rival dude would be like "aw man I know i'm sorry I really love you and all your people I dont know why this got so blown outta proportion"

and then everyone would be like "ok can we just sign some sort of peace treaty b/c im hungry lets go grub, China you got some Sesame Chicken or where are we goin to eat?"

and that's what it would be like if the entire world smoked weed.
