St. Pierre To Start

Ive probably contributed 5x more money to the Panthers than most of you. Enjoy your shitty franchise. GO Bobcats.

No one gives a poo how much money u gave, you still jumped ship. Does Indiana have some NBA team u can pull for, I would assume the "I moved" excuse applies to that too.

Darrin Gnatt is on a f*ckin roll LOL...hes probably bitter that Armanti still can't get a chance.

But this is absolutely mind blowing to me. I was reading the article about St. Pierre last night just thinking that he would be there as a back up or QB3 but him getting the start really just blows my mind. I can't believe that there is no other QB with more experience or anything out there in free agency or on a teams practice squad. This guy was literally sitting at home last week eating Cheetos playing with his baby a week ago.

Because although people know that was a bad pick, they dont want people to know what a total abject disaster it actually was. Im guessing Fox wanted to start Edwards, and the Big Cat said no.

Oh, and he wasnt drafted as a QB.

Not a bad pick, he just needs to be given a chance. I bet he would make a believer out of all the AE haters out there...

LOL, exactly my point.

He's a Colts fan because he moved to Indiana, but he still likes the Bobcats... hmmmmmm?

youre joking right?

the dude hasn't even been active most of the season

yes it was a dumb move to take him so early, but you can't label him a bust.

it's like saying Lance Moore or Robert Meachem were busts because they didn't play their first season.

any decent coach could utilize a player like Armanti. Fox is just an idiot.

    • The aversion to tying up too much money in the ground game when it’s what’s winning us games is crazy to me. I get letting Rico walk if you think he’s easily replaceable but I don’t see many people arguing that, just applying an arbitrary salary cap based on what we think RBs are currently worth. I’d rather be stuck with Hubbard as an overpaid backup (not the worst one to have, mind you) than lose out on the most productive player on the offense personally.
    • Why do people keep saying things like “it’s not Young’s fault we spent so much to draft him”? Who cares if it’s his fault?  Nobody is saying send him to jail or anything.  People aren’t talking about blame for the decision to draft him, they’re talking about how bad he is as a QB and how we’d be much better with even an average QB.  Pointing out that we sunk a lot of resources into drafting him isn’t invalidated because he didn’t make that decision himself. Doesn’t matter whose fault that was, he’s still not playing like a QB who was drafted at all, much less one that cost two firsts, two seconds and a #1 WR.
