A massage, a 6 month gym membership, and some target gift certificates.

If I get all of those I will be amazed.

My sister and I will both be throwing in and buying my mom and dads presents

I can't believe none of you young guys has offered the massage to Boo yet. Youth of America, you depress me. ;)

I dont want some crappy massage. I have a serious nest of knots in my back. I need a professional to pop out all my knots (as nasty as that may sound). They feel like bones, thats how bad they are.

LOL @ crappy massage. :D

But seriously I know what you're talking about. I had a knot in my rhombus for years. Finally got a "real" massage and it got rid of it. Girl told me it was the size of a pingpong ball.

Those effin massages hurt like a summabitch but it releases those happy euphoric feelings. I used to go for a massage about once a month, cant afford to do that anymore. I could really use one now.

My ex knew how to pop my knots and used to do it almost every night for me. It makes you sore and its incredibly painful while its happening, but once it pops and you feel that juice go down through your arm oh man its like euphoria.

I think I have a very high tolerance for pain b/c of that. Its hard for me to find someone who will actually get down to it and pop my knots b/c Im such a small person, they are afraid they will hurt me. I dont care about the pain, I dont want a nice relaxing massage, I just want the knots popped out so I can no longer be in pain day in and day out

I have tried to pop them on my own by leaning up against things but I dont have enough pressure to do it. I went to the chiropractor a couple years ago and he told me it was such a huge nest of lots of knots, he couldnt figure out where the epicenter of it all was. Yeah, my back is really fuged up.

You probably hold all your stress there Boo. I do too, in my shoulder too. Which is why I think my shoulder hurts so bad right now.

I think I do. It used to be really really bad b/c I was waiting tables and carrying everything with my right hand, like the tray and stuff.

I had a masseuse one time tell me my right side of my back is overcompensating for the left so its working harder and thats why Im getting all these knots. It suuucks. Im in pain almost every day.

My sister knows how to get the knots out but it wears out her hands b/c you have to push so hard to pop the knot, so normally she will only do it for about 10 minutes, even if I pay her!!

get a pair of tennis balls, put them between your shoulders on each side of your spine and just lay on them on the floor. as your back releases roll them down your back. i mean slowly, like when it stops hurting you can move them.

takes 20-30 min or so and hurts like a mofo but it works and by the end you'll be laying on the ground staring at the ceiling totally stoned on endorphins.

My co worker also told me to do this. I need to get some tennis balls and try it. I have a feeling it wont work though. I really would love if it did work, that would solve all my problems!

I've become such a scrooge that it is hard for me to come up with a list of things I want from my wife, and when she gives me her list I just order it all online...

BAH HUMBUG!

I'm sure it will get better next year, when sonny boy actually can be involved in opening his own presents and whatnot...

I just really hate this time of year... lol

    • They can get film of all the games? Every team? Wow! Who knew… Our games with them are big examples of why they are in  the CB market so hard.   It is the study they do getting ready for the games.  Preparing to play against is a little different than just analyzing film in scout mode. Deeper dive. Then you are analyzing post game too.  This goes to why players often change teams but stay in the division. The opponents know each other on a higher level.  Plus if you lost to us, you used to get fired. Now you have to trade your first round pick. Moving up on the world.
    • I honestly can’t believe this team’s turnaround this season. It’s surreal. Figured healthy we’d be fringe playoffs and with another lottery pick could finally turn the corner, but we don’t even need that. This group is ready. We haven’t played remotely well the last 5 games and yet still blew out 5 bad teams by 16+ each game like it was casual practice. We had a few solid teams with Kemba and Big Al but this is easily our best group since the original Hornets moved to NO. Man, what a shift in culture this new ownership group and front office has brought. So damn happy to see it after years of suffering and consistently meaningless games in this stretch of previous seasons.   Only 2.5 games out of the 6 seed, although Miami, Atlanta and Orlando have been playing well too. Gonna be a fun final stretch, hopefully we can get a top 8 seed at the very least. Celtics tomorrow will be a good test. Would be huge to keep the road winning streak up against a very hot top team on the 2nd half of a back to back. We’ve played Boston pretty well the last few years with much of this same group despite sucking so I do feel pretty good about it. Kon is due for a huge game coming off a few cold shooting games (although despite the poor shooting he’s been contributing well with defense, assists and rebounds).
    • It amazes me how underrated Horn has become after he finally was able to stay on the field. Sure last year wasn’t perfect but he was still a huge reason for our rebound defensively and I’d say he’s easily a top 10 corner. You don’t want to see Mike Jackson as our top corner. Any player is available for the right price but I’d be extremely hesitant to move Horn even for a big haul from LA.
