Ed Werder just reported the roof is not that bad and they expect it to be fixed once the snow is gone. Said it is air supported and it may re-inflate itself.

Still don't think the game will be played there this week.

It won't be at the Metrodome

We were notified this morning by the Metrodome authorities that the dome will not be available for the Giants-Vikings game on Monday or Tuesday. We are currently exploring alternatives to play the game Monday night at the University of Minnesota stadium or another domed NFL stadium. We will continue provide information as it becomes available.

I'm wondering if it could end up here in StL

Since it's a singleheader, I'd say NO-StL would be the most appealing of decisions, but I don't see those markets wanting to switch from early to late.

Detroit's sounding like the most likely for tomorrow, since there's a game, and obviously camera crew ready there (StL is down in NO today).

It's in Detroit, first MNF game there in 9 years, never mind the fact that 1) the Lions aren't involved and 2) it's only being carried in MPLS, Rochester, MN, and NYC (as well as Sunday Ticket suscribers)

Yeah it pretty much collapsed... they just showed a cool ass video of it on the Fox pre-game show... The roof fell and ripped and there is snow on the field.

They just said on Fox pregame show that the game will be on TV. That's weird. So, I'm wondering, did he mean for the areas that were going to get the game today, or did he mean for the whole country?

Yeah saw that too. I would consider that somewhat of a collapse. Doubt they will be playing another game there this year.
