Is there anything Jimmy Clausen does right?

Awesomeness!!

He seems to be pretty much terrible at everything. He will run on 3rd down and slide 7 yards short of the marker. He refuses to step in the pocket when it breaks down, and as a result gets sacked 11 times a drive. Whenever he isn't sliding for 2 yards or getting sacked, he throws the ball away for no apparent reason too much, or he will stare the receiver down to the point where we as a TV audience can tell what direction he is about to throw.........even if the route takes time to develop. Not to mention I honestly believe his arm is made out of a vagina. Anything over 25 yards and you better believe the ball isn't making it to the receiver...............on time or with accuracy anyway. I doubt he can read defenses and make a good quick decision, and at this point he himself probably knows that he sucks sweaty monkey balls, so his confidence is gone. So there. All you should want out of a rookie is flash. SOMETHING to build on, and with him, there is nothing. He might play 14 years in this league holding a clipboard though. Good for him.

And he is a Shitty leader.

How do you get sacked 11 times on 3 and outs? I think you are exaggerating.

Have you seen a vagina shoot a ping pong ball?

    • Boy that’s the truth. And just going to Rico last year his PFF scores were low IMO for the huge production.  Then I rewatched - plus some all 22 - and there were huge holes for him to run through. When the holes weren’t there guess who didn’t run all that far?
    • I like the reclamation project approach. Not sure the failure rate is any worse than a 1st round rookie.  Actually I like the throw the kitchen sink at it Reclamation, drafting, take every shot you have. Short of that ridiculousness of mortgaging your future for a serious long shot like Bryce.    Also, man up. Pro up. If you are a QB in that situation, a lame duck on your way out, the best thing you can do is be 100% the same as you were when things were the man. People will be watching.
    • That’s what I was afraid of. I know more than I should about that. Getting off that stuff is horrible, I hope he can come out of it okay.
