I don't know it's really hard to explain. I'm sitting in my office typing this right now thinking that my coworkers don't even know I fight and I guess it's because I do it for me not for anyone else. This is the first time I've brought it up on this board and I don't know why, I guess to motivate someone to try it if they are sick of just pumping iron or running on a treadmill.

I've been doing it since I was little and once I stopped playing football I took it more serious. I really don't want to get Fiz'd like that one thread. I'll PM a link to anyone who remembers after my fight I guess if it goes well.

I'd rather talk football/QBs than fighting on this board maybe that's why? I don't want to get labeled a meathead or bully or whatever and have people act like I don't know football just because I fight.

I can usually drag myself to the gym and if I don't feel like doing weights I just ride the bike for a while. It keeps the habit strong which is the most important thing. I worked out with groups for a while too since I feel a lot more motivated mentally just having an appointment.

I know I need to start again...at 43, my metabolism has slowed to poo and I'm lazy and getting fat! I play indoor soccer twice per week and coach basketball, but it ain't enough. My calorie in is kicking the crap out of my calorie out!!!

Soda would do it for me. Giving up soda and sugars is so hard for me. I always cheat when I'm not trying to cut weight.
