My New Office Graphics

Generally, I would put this in my graphics forum...but I'm so proud of it I just had to put it here....

This image is from the Cardinals game and was supplied by Rhino (Serendipity916 Photography). It measures 94" tall by 150" wide. It was rather difficult getting a good shot of it, but I managed to put some together:

This is an image of my opposite wall. The Panthers graphic measures roughly 48" tall by 72" wide.

Another shot of the rest of my opposite wall and my front wall. The Mason's sign was printed on aluminum and then cut to shape with a router table. I then used gold foil vinyl to finish it off. It measures 30" x 30".

Oh yeah, someone asked me about the resolution with this thing. The file Brian gave me was really good resolution. I scaled it to 1/10th at 1000DPI and then blew it up to have a final file size of about 100DPI. It came out really well for the amount of enlargement I did on it. Here is what it looks like:

Thats sweet! How did you end up goin about makin that? Def a great shot of the playoff game.

We ran it on our Mimaki printer here on 54" material, then matte laminated it, premasked it and installed on the wall. Each panel had a 2" overlap to make sure everything lined up nice. Total project took about 2 hours from start to finish. I love working at a print/design company.

Rhino took that shot. I had been pestering him all season to get me one of the whole stadium but stuff kept coming up. I'm glad I waited because this shot was spectacular. Black endzones and the only time the Panthers had the lead (7-0).

    • And really, it should be 4 reasons with the last one being that there were ZERO other offensive weapons on that team in 2024, opposing defenses only had to worry about one player all year long and they constantly double and triple teamed him right off the snap all season.  In 2023, we still had Jacob Cowing who had 90 catches that year and was drafted by the 49ers last year, so teams couldn't just send everyone after T-Mac on every passing down.
    • I wonder if the Hornets view Kon and McNeeley more as forwards and plan to ship off Green/Okogie/Smith for center help. I hope they don’t plan to ship off Sexton as I like what he brings to the team. (2) G - Ball, Mann, Simpson (two-way) (3) G - Sexton, Dinwiddie, Connaughton (3) F - Miller, Knueppel, McNeeley, James (two-way) (3) F - Bridges, Williams, Salaun (3) C - Diabate, Kalkbrenner, Plumlee
    • 3 main reasons he was better in 2023 and none of them concern me for his NFL prospects 1. Totally new coaching staff that was a massive downgrade and had god awful play calling and designs, the entire fan base was ready to run the coaching staff out of town a month into their first season and the play caller ended up getting changed because it was so bad. 2. Along with the staff downgrade, his QB played significantly worse after being the Pac 12 Freshman of the Year in 2023.  Constantly missed T-Mac when he was wide open, lost out on a number of TDs and a good amount of yardage, half the time T-Mac still almost made miraculous catches on the bad passes too. 3. He hurt his ankle over the summer and missed all of fall camp only to return to practice a few days before the season started and I think he had to deal with it all season long and was slightly limping at times mid season too, but kept fighting through it to still be a 1st team All American.
