Yeah screw him vacationing with his family not a week after the season ended.

Who does that seriously

I just thought it was funny that on a day when this website is crashing because of all the Luck insanity, jimmy clausen is taking beautiful pictures of mountains and sunsets and other happy-go-lucky bullshit :P

Real Talk!

Poor Moore haters are going to have to deal with him starting here again...whatever will they do :(

Be glad it isn't Clausen?

In all seriousness the only way I'm fine with Moore starting is if it's to protect some rookie on the bench... I don't want to go into a season expecting him to be the answer again, but who knows. Maybe with Aj Green there he'll turn into the beast some people thought he was before this season.

Same goes for Clausen though.

    • I get it's disappointing, but this was definitely a seller's market and the only players traded away were players that would be depth pieces at best for us. A lot of the top teams (Avs, Stars, Lightning, Wild post Hughes) really only traded for depth pieces. Just a terrible trade deadline all around and I'm glad we didn't cave and sell the farm for somebody like Tro (even though I like him and he fits our team well).
    • Yes the Icky thing really kills us this year with a 17.4 I think, million dollar hole, for nothing.     His extension would likely have reduced his 2026 hit. But the extension was going to be massive.    At the same time, the massive extension money is largely freed up now and can go elsewhere.  There is just no way he should be in line for the same payday as pre injury.  I say largely freed because maybe we can do a little hollowed out extension to give him a window to get back and stay with the team past this year. Snap count and/or other incentives for 2027. Something that leaves the door open for him to get a fresh contract that reflects his value moving into 2028. Whatever that proves to be.  We’d have a lot of that money that was earmarked for his extension available to us starting next year.
    • What a major letdown. This team will forever disappoint me
