from what I figure, They will decide on what to do if they make it to that point. There is nothing set in stone yet.

I think what has the OP thrown is the same thing that threw me a little at JR's PC. he said the draft order stays the same where some media said Lottery.

I guess we will find out if it comes to that.

If there is not a new CBA there is no draft in 2012. That is what I got from reading the draft portion of the current CBA.
