The first official pictures of the new Spider Man and New Captain America were released.

Spidey looks kind of...not heroic.. I know he's going to be in high school in this version but at least hit the weight room a little bit.It also looks like they're going back to using electronic web shooters not bodily.

Captain America looks pretty traditional, what do you guys think.

The movie takes place when Spidey is in high school but the guy playing him Andrew Garfield (the guy Mark Zuckerburg screwed over in The Social Network) is actually 27 so there is no excuse for him to look malnourished. I like the fact their going more gritty like Batman Begins, but I'm kind of conflicted because 1) Spidey looks crazy and 2) Spiderman has never been a gritty character.

I don't remember I know I saw it and it was ass. But this is supposed to be a complete reboot of the franchise. Has nothing to do with the first movies. Don't understand how you can have a reboot when Spider Man 3 just came out like 3-4 years ago but what do I know.

Its not the fact he's a teenager that bothers me, I like that they're going back to the original origin where he became spider man in high school and built his own web shooters instead of them being naturally created. I just hate that he look so unheroic I guess. But I'm sticking with my hypothesis that this isn't his FINAL suit.

    • What people fail to understand is Lance had a college career that lasted about as long as teenage boys first intercourse.  To say he was raw was an understatement.  So much so that even a QB whisperer had a difficult time molding him into a polished NFL product on top of multiple nagging injuries.  The dud is in his mid-twenties, finally healthy and little miles on the tread.  Low risk, high reward.  If he's available, it would be stupid not to kick the tires.  It took Darnold and Mayfield to hit their 3rd or 4th team for things to finally click.  This is Lance's 3rd stop, I believe.  It's either time for it to click for him or be relegated to a full time backup. Roll the dice....
    • Wrong.  At least we put a QB sneak in the play book and and add plays over 20 yards.
    • I don’t know if people realize that Evan’s was one of the top TE prospects in college  before having some horrible injuries. I wanna say he had two major injuries in back to back seasons which limited his play and dropped his draft stock.
