"Best Fans" Team/TV Associations

This was discussed somewhat in the Panthers forum, but I wanted to bring it down here and expand it a bit.

The ad in question...

The shows used, their settings and the connections they made:

The Brady Bunch, Southern California - Chargers

Happy Days , Milwaukee - Packers

90210, Beverly Hills - Raiders, Vikings (Brenda was from Minnesota)

Seinfeld, New York - Bills, Giants, Cowboys (Newman)

The Office, Scranton, PA - Steelers

The Sopranos, New Jersey - Jets

Cheers, Boston - Patriots

The Golden Girls, Miami - Dolphins

Full House, San Francisco - 49ers

The Dukes of Hazzard, Georgia - Falcons

Family Guy, Rhode Island - Patriots, Browns (Cleveland)

Sesame Street, fictional midwest - Rams

Family Matters, Chicago - Bears

Alf, Southern California - Panthers

How I Met Your Mother, New York - Steelers, Vikings, Jets

Friends, Manhattan - Jets

Glee, Lima, OH - Bengals, Browns, Colts

Modern Family, Los Angeles - Redskins

The Simpsons, Springfield - Lions, Steelers, Packers, Vikings, Bengals, Raiders, Titans, Buccaneers, Texans, Chiefs, Dolphins, Jaguars, Eagles, Saints, Seahawks, Cardinals, Ravens

South Park, Colorado - Broncos

And of course, there was the theme from "Dallas" playing in the background the whole time.

So besides the obvious misses (like Alf and the Panthers) and the fact that they used the Simpsons characters to essentially make sure they didn't miss anyone, where did they screw up?

What shows would you have associated with the Panthers and others?

Modern Family being the Skins was kind of odd - the West Wing could've worked there.

Home Improvement for the Lions was mentioned in the other one. Roseanne would've been a good one for the Bears too.

And with the older show clips, it would've been cool had they been era appropriate. Fonz with a Starr jersey (instead of Rodgers), Mike Brady with Hadl and Alworth stuff on the wall (not Rivers/Gates), Norm walking into Cheers with a red Grogan jersey (instead of Welker)

WKRP for the Bengals would have been better than Glee. Likewise, Drew carey for Cleveland, but it's on Fox, so...

I'd have preferred Bob Newhart to Family Matters for Chicago, but Family matters is still good.

Frasier for the Seahawks would have been good. X-Files might actually make even more sense than the West Wing for the Skins.
