What are your favorite draft sites?

These guys have a really good description of the basics, for those on here who don't know the difference between a 3-4 and a 4-3 DT.

http://www.drafttek.com/

I emailed them a year or two ago when they asked for suggestions. I suggested that they make the distinction between RT and LT, and I also suggested Blocking TE, Receiving TE, or combo. They added the RT/LT thing, but ignored my TE suggestion. Batting .500!

Your point is valid. If the listing says DE and it is a 290 lb guy who could just as easily be a DT in the 4-3, then it gets confusing.

In addition, guys who play multiple postions are ranked at their best position and then again if drafted as a player for another position. For example, Pouncey is ranked 55th overall as a G, but if you want to play him at Center, his value on the big board drops 33 places to 88th. (just an example--no truth to the Pouncey data).

I checked out universaldraft...They might be a little more impressive if they went a head and had anything for the upcoming draft. They are still anchored in 2010, which can be fun to read as well. I like the guy that had Jimmy Clausen as the #1 over all pick to the Rams.

One of my favorites used to be consensus draft services. Their old url was condraft.com but now that redirects to cdsdraft.com .

These guys used to have an amazing database of players coming into the draft. It has tapered off a little bit over the last couple years. I don't know why. But the mock draft forum is still active and interesting. I'm sure their player profiles will improve over the next month or so. I do have to give kudos to the writer who profiled AJ Green and described him as "a quicker Al Toon." Just for the balls to make such an arcane reference.

Like others, I also have to give props to Walter Football and Great Blue North Report. Good info, up to date and both are true grass roots sites. Made and run by fans. I had a chance to email with the owners from both sites when I was doing SEO work a few years back. Friendly, knowledgeable folks on both sites.
