The red flag with the black square centered is the international storm warning flag. A single flag indicates a storm warning, two flags stacked is a hurricane warning.

In my opinion, the best logo the Canes ever had.

If you have to know a code it’s not intuitive it’s a wtf lol. Never seen those warning flags but I’m not on the coast.
