i haven't had taco bell since i saw on the news that their meat doesn't meet standards. taco meat is supposed to be at least 40% beef, and taco bell is only around 37%. I guess I could just stick to beans, chicken and steak though.

for subs it sounds like we might as well just go to subway now.

Spices are really cheap at fresh market while you'll pay 9 bucks for some cayenne at the teeter.

But yeah overall, it's because of the premium stuff they carry.

The famous $2.99 sub has gone up in price, to $3.49.

While that's not terrible the non-special prices are now $4.99 for 1/2 subs and $6.99 for a whole.

The HT near my work is a zoo during the day now, so I rarely get them anymore.
