And get me that gum chewing SOB John Fox as coaching advisor to Canales. Dave needs to grow a set in big games and stop coaching like he has a plug up his….

Idzik is a potted plant, he ain’t calling plays. Bring in a play caller or build a better staff around Canales so he can call plays

WTF is Dom Capers on the payroll for?

Jim Caldwell, nice man but I’m tired of the raw raw team spirit BS that Canales runs

Never trust a man named Tracey, get a new ST coordinator

get me a dad bod coach like Freddie Kitchens to stand on the sidelines and call plays

I agree. We have too many old guys and soft coaches on the team. You think Dave or Idzik is getting the team fired up or laying into anyone when we play like sh*t? Dave is 10000% hands off with the defense and can’t do sh*t with our offense. Terrible run game, terrible deep pass play calling, no screen game, horrific adjustments, but we really kill the 0-5 yard pass. In his now 3 full seasons as a play caller (1 with Tampa), show me one stat you think Dave C should be proud of.

Same question for our defense…..highest zone in the league, lowest pressure rate, bend until you break, and highest achievement has been middle of the road numbers on our absolute best season.

    • Basically agree.  He is the one of that bunch that offers upgraded pass catching along with he is supposed to be kind of special.   Then you have the OL and the ideas that if they perform you can have JAG backs and still do well. So okay we could be fine.  But Brooks is important and to me that receiving element sets him apart.  So there sure is something riding on him.     What strikes me as incongruent is people over in Atlanta or those that follow them look at Penix with a third surgery and act like it is no big deal.      And we are on pins and needles over Brooks.  Either they should worry a lot more or we should worry a lot less.
    • I usually go a game or two optimist over the consensus here but this is too early for me to say. I need to see some players on the field.  I am not feeling real optimistic though.
    • Okay as a ‘take CJ’ fan I actually don’t obsess over CJ and Houston, contrary to the narrative.  But I thought I picked up some noise that his OL left a lot to be desired.    Not a single Beyce supporter would judge him harshly if he had a crappy OL. We all know that.    So be fair about it.  A QB needs to be protected.  Especially a guy that gets to his spot and wants to finish the play from there. Which CJ is.
