LOL if Denver takes a QB it would be the dumbest decision ever. Looks like The Golden Calf of Bristol will no longer be the savior.

Yeah but the problem is that Denver fans LOVE The Golden Calf of Bristol. They have already started fussing bc they said Orton was the starter. The if they go draft a QB :out: Fans will go crazy. They want their The Golden Calf of Bristol, and frankly I don't blame them. He played pretty damn well in his three starts.

Elway has no idea what he's doing, or either it's envy? Whatever it is, like you said fans are gonna go nuts in Denver if they draft a QB, their defense ranked DEAD last year.

I could see them getting a QB in the 2nd and 3rd rounds, but not the 1st. If this was Fox's choice he would be all over Dareus.

i think it would be a mistake to draft a QB in rounds 2 and 3 as well. i mean why do you (if you are Denver) want Christian Ponder over The Golden Calf of Bristol??? why use two drafts in a row to take a QB high when you also had a guy in Orton who can start and Quinn??? if you take a QB and you are Denver, get Mitch Mustain in a late round.

i agree. personally if i were a fan of Denver, i would feel the same way. it's not like The Golden Calf of Bristol went out there and looked awful, now he didnt look real good, but he played ok enough to at least get looks as a starter.

    • Winning games and be a +500 team are good. But the goal is to win Super Bowl.  Chiefs had Alex Smith, went to playoff twice and still replaced him.   BY as of now: - To many fumbles - Completion in the intermediate range is just far below acceptable - Not enough of a deep throw threat....   The stats you try use is deceiving.  Catchable......  That is an opinion. Show me the completion %. And also, how does BY compare to other QBs using the stats you cited. Oh... ranked at 27

    • The Entitlement Paradox: When Winning Isn't Enough for Panther fans.    Just the other season(s) we were praying for wins by any means. Brought in every run of the mill QB you could think of.  We know all sides of the ball was bad like egregious bad. However some how we have won 5 games and TOXIC ENTITLEMENT has emerged.    We are a team that has to take wins by anymeans nothing has changed. Keep pounding means it aint gonna be perfect!!    Some panther fans have now developed a toxic entitlement where even victories feel insufficient, demanding flawless performance, or perfection, which stems from historical success in which we dont have any lol. This mindset poisons communities by fostering relentless criticism, harassment, and ingratitude that undermine team morale and alienate casual supporters. For the new Carolina Panthers, this could manifest as fans booing Bryce Young after gritty wins for low passing yards despite low turnovers, pressuring tepper into premature changes mid-rebuild, or driving away talent through online abuse!! eroding the positive momentum from their recent 4-game streak has brought us. Trust and believe the players do see your toxicity.    Anyways here are some positive stats.      Most Accurate QB on... 20+ Yard Throws 1. Drake Maye (79.2%) 2. Sam Darnold (79.2%) 3. Bryce Young (75.0%) 10-19 Yard Throws 1. Jaxson Dart (88.0%) 2. Jayden Daniels (82.9%) 3. Drake Maye (80.7%) 0-9 Yard Throws 1. Drake Maye (92.9%) 2. Spencer Rattler (92.6%) 3. Bryce Young (91.7%) @FantasyPtsData
