Morrison seems like a stand up guy. I think JR did the right thing in hiring him. He seems to reach out to the fans more than JR's sons did.

So I know that Hurney is in charge of all football operations but what exactly is Danny Morrisions job.

Brandon Beane is the Director of Football Operations.

essentially everything that mark richardson did only actually caring what the fans thinks and wants and putting forth the effort to talk to them.

His chief duty is to be everything Mark Richardson wasn't.

On that front, I think he's doing a great job.

Morrison has been extremely engaging of fans (and in ways that Mark Richardson never was). I think he's been a great choice and I'd have no problem with him getting the "driver's seat" if Jerry is no longer in that role.

As far as the football side of things though, Marty Hurney's unofficial job title is "god of football operations".
