The NBA draft lottery is decided tonight during halftime of the Mavs game. Paul Silas will be representing the Bobcats as fans pray to the basketball gods in hopes that the ping pong balls can fall our way once again.

We are projected to end up with the 9th overall pick and have around a 3% chance of moving into the top 3. This may sound like a stretch but the last time Paul Silas went to the draft for a Charlotte franchise was when he coached the Hornets. We were projected to end up with the 13th pick and were lucky enough to land the third overall pick and Baron Davis.

Let's hope Silas can bring us back another top 3!

Mavs vs Thunder - 900pm Eastern

The 'Cats have gotten the shaft in the lottery since their inception...I will be happy as long as we don't go down. I would be estatic if we moved up in anyway.

      What do you want to see come out of the 2024 season the most?

      I want the conversations at season's end to be more about what else we need to build onto the foundation to be playoff contenders and less about the fultility of drafting yet another QB and hiring yet another coach because as long as Tepper is the owner, it doesn't matter what this team does.
