netflix brenton bersin........ SO either horn, metchie, or Tremayne have to be sacrificed in order to keep a glorified WR coach with a yearly stat line of 13 recs 142 yards 0 TDs on the roster? Im ready to buy if not for draft status, Dave would pick Moore over XL as well....

theres lots of noise about him being a lock.

Im confused given the depth

Besides trading walker, I think if the Moore rumors are true, one or two WRs need to be traded....

team could not find a role for Hunter, whom was open 24/7 and as soon as Moore got healthy they cut hunter for Moore. Now there's lots of talk in the sense he's on the roster...... team is young and he doesn't do much outside one clutch catch on the year... maybe its my normal huddle overload tho....

Lol heads up...He is making the team. He's not my favorite receiver....hell he can't crack the top 5 but he is a good peice to have on the board.

Returner experience and he can be trusted on 3rd downs. He's shifty and a good route runner which pairs well with our current QB. + he can block pretty good as well.

It'll probably come down to him, Horn Jr and Metchie for that final spot.

I would probably rather have Moore than Metchie.  That is kind of where it stops.  I don’t know about Horn Jr hope he gets a lot of play in camp and preseason so we can see.  I mean, if they don’t know how to use him any better than how they did you aren’t giving up much.
Maybe it’s me but we seem to have these questionable  situations with this QB and who he will and won’t throw to.
The thing with Renfro was weird.

If a player is open but the QB can’t or won’t throw him the ball it is really frustrating- but in the end, what good is it?  Again if you aren’t doing anything with it how much are you gonna miss it?

But Bryce played with Metchie in college and they played well together...why wouldn't he trust him now?

The first four are locks, but after that, who knows.

Metchie is making the team because of Bryce, they shouldn't be giving on Horn this soon and Tremayne is just better than Moore.  In fact all three are.

I wasn’t speaking of Metchie in the context that I referenced Renfro  I couldn’t, he hasn’t played a snap for us
My Metchie esteem level is just not real high. As an NFL WR.
I am no expert on WRs it’s just what I think based on how it has gone for him as a pro  If he can’t catch on here with his old buddy then who is left? I am not wishing him any misfortune and hope he does well because that means we stole some talent; basically for free to boot.

What a great position to be in.  We have so many WRs that can make the team.  What I love about this group is that several of them are physical beasts.  6'3" or more.   You have big WRs in the line up. Somewhere is going to be a mismatch.

I am interested in seeing what Meiga brings to the room.  A huge, long shot but like Coker he is big and just never really caught on in college.  You never know.  Maybe he shows enough to make the PS.

I am also interested in seeing what Horn does.  Hopefully, he finds some footing with this team.  I hope that with a year under his belt he steps up and really puts DM in a posiion to make a hard choice.

Moore has never really been one of my favorites but he seems to have Canales in his back pocket.

Moore has been around long enough to understand where he fits and how he can make himself valuable.
Knowing each WR position for whatever is called? Not an east skill set to find.
