Hard to answer. Even if a woman is bad at it, it can still end well. Unless she bites the wrong spot, which might make it end with me crumpled up in pain. Whereas, if a man is bad at it, probably a waste of time.

i'd say women. for men its easy. not like there is a lot to flickin' your tongue really fast, and maybe inserting some fingers while your at it.

women have to be in control of their gag reflex though to be good at it IMO. and it seems some don't know about spitting and using their hands at the same time. its like they've never watched a porn, or even the instructional videos on the internet. before anyone makes a joke I found them and showed them to a girl. was like, "this is how you do it. pay attention." that didn't go over well.

To be good, it takes a certain skill set for both men and women. I disagree with Boo (and maybe you) that all a guy has to do is stick his tongue down there and move it around. That's just the basics, and sometimes the basics are so boring as to not be effective. A truly skilled man does so much more than that. I can say that only a few of the many men I've been with are truly skilled in that area ... they do look at it merely as a way of "warming" me up, when if they took their time and got into a bit more, they would get so much more out of me in the long run. The few who know, have reaped the best rewards, and I don't mean merely "reciprocating."
