Not sure we have a bad roster. It has been almost completely rebuilt from two seasons ago. Will take about 8-10 games to see if its significantly better. That being said, with the CAP and the high cost of QB's even SB teams have weaknesses at a few spots. -

It’s all about the money. If the coach is an a hole but the team makes the finals more often than not, he’ll be called a great motivator and knows how to get the most out of his players If the coach is an a hole on a losing franchise, he’s a borderline criminal. -

They're adults. Boo hoo they got cursed at, I was getting cused at in little League and pee wee football at 7. Absolutely freaking ridiculous
