2009 Draft Magazines

Just my two cents here, but, why would you pay 7.99-9.99 for a draft magazine that is already outdated once it hits the shelves? You can get the same content and much more online. Even if you subscribed to one of the pay portions of a site, it would probably be cheaper than buying a bunch of those things.

Tell you the truth the more opinions you get on any subject the more objective you can be. If you only get your info from one or two sources you are subconsciously going to side with them. Plus its how I've always done it and its work so far most of the guys I like end up being good pros. But I get where your coming from.

The magazines have a lot of info that the web does not all in one place. Also, it's cool to look back to see what people said in the past about players.

Also, even with a iPhone or laptop, it's not as nice to read the web on the can.

Yeah I still have mags from when Dwill was in the draft.

As far as the predictions, yeah, but almost every single predictions made are wrong anyway.

But as for the top players, and the info on all the players draft magazines are definitely worth it. Besides, anything football related is appreciated in the offseason.

    • I want to see our passing offense operate at a level that isn't marginally better than when Jimmy Clausen was QB. There's a whole world of middle ground between that and throwing for 400 yards every game. If you can't handle that the problem is you.
    • Teams are putting things like this on social media for better or worse it isn't limited to just being at our expense. That's social media now. As far as the play it does not appear intentional. If it was we would know it when we see it given our history. Honestly Bryce is lucky he is playing in this era I legitimately don't think he would have survived 15 or 20 yeara ago compared to what is considered roughing the passer now.
    • Honestly, they've been playing at the level of their opponents. That can be maddening at times, but it's working for us now.  We were better against Dallas than the score shows. Let's hope we can do the same with Buffalo, just do enough to stay one scoring opportunity ahead of them. Our best shot there is that the game becomes an ugly slugfest dictated by the running backs and that we somehow keep Josh Allen bottled up. This is probably our toughest test of the entire season. If we squeak out a win somehow, then Canales and (I can't believe I'm saying this) Evero deserve some serious kudos. Still, on that defensive ranking, we're buoyed greatly by playing the Jets last week.
