Raleigh Huddlers Meetup Thursday Night?

May I throw out Sammy's(Avent Ferry) or The Brickhouse(Hillsborough) as suggested meeting spots? I prefer places I can walk home from drunk. Although I have stumbled drunkenly home a few miles from downtown before.....

can we please do sammys, something in the damn square.

Sounds like everybody's pretty settled on Backyard Bistro. There are free Wolfline buses from there to just about anywhere in west Raleigh, Sammy's area included.

You don't want Sammy's. That's a Steeler stronghold.

Steelers run deep at Sammy's but there are plenty of Panthers fans too.

Maybe we can do the last preseason game at Sammy's.

Pitiful to allow a non-local fan base to to run you off, even the numerous Steelers. Especially the numerous Steelers.

That said, may swing by the Bistro. If I don't RSVP with bleys am I gonna get the boot?

Word on the street is that anyone not on the "official list" will most likely get brutally gunned down, Candlestick Park style.

Well not exactly. Sammies is the official Steelers bar in Raleigh so they cater to them specifically. That said, theres no Steelers game Thurs. So it won't be an issue.

the simple fact that Bistro has been mentioned multiple times as the official spot for this Thursday and people still askin questions is precisely why I want to coordinate through email.

although it's not necessary to RSVP.. y'all just need to bring your ugly ass to the bar to take part. the only dress code is please cover your ass, no one wants to see that poo..

I already mentioned I would love to crash Sammys with enough people, however Bistro sounds nicer and has the same drink specials..

if anyone has a strand of the ebola virus, please let me know, I will drop it off at Sammys during the next Steelers game..

    • Only thing I really see it doing is possibly making Tepper listen if a different play caller can't run the offense because of limitations. New hire, someone who hasn't been watching Bryce for the past 3 years up close may be able to talk some sense if he sees that he isn't able to get the job done.
