How do I make sure both D-will and J-stew get the same amount of carries on franchise mode?

I don't have the game, but I'd imagine that you just go to "coaching options" (or whatever they call it on this game) and set your RB sub to more frequent. Or, just do it manually. Have specific packages or just alternate them each carry. Whatever floats your motorcycle.

I think there is some sliders you can use if you sim some games. If you are playing a game and want stew in you can sub him in on the play sheet.

Sub-In, Sub-Out (this usually doesn't work like you'd think, even if you have it turned all the way up)

The easiest thing is to assign each back to certain formations. You can do it each game, or, I believe there is an option to do it for the whole season. I'm not sure where in the menus that option is, though. In the game, when on the play selection screen, look for the "package" option. Usually you change it with the right thumbstick. Look for "Spell HB". Stew will be in the game every time you use that formation.
