i think peyton manning should win the MVP this year

I honestly think it fundamentally changes the whole Brady v. Manning debate. When Brady went down the Pats went 11-5 (I think). When Manning has gone down the Colts may have the number one pick in the draft (it is just one game but...).

IMO since Dungy has left Peyton has carried a pretty poorly coached team.

A. Luck to the Colts...

This is the conversation Manning had with Luck. "Andrew, just stay another year. I'm having surgery and will sit this year. We will have the number 1 pick in next draft. We'll draft you as my heir replacement. I'll guide you to be the guy until I retire. Welcome to the Colts."

the guy who lead that pats team to 11-5 is coming off a division winning season throwing 27td/7int with a 93 rating for the Chiefs. it's not like jimmy clausen stepped in and lead the Pats to 11-5, Cassel is a good QB.

brady still has the better career. peyton will always be the best regular season qb of all time though.

You think? Caldwell couldn't coach Wake out of a brown paper bag.

The guy leading the Colts is only a few years removed from a 13-3 season and a Pro Bowl appearance

Matt Cassell is getting crushed by the mighty Bills defense right now.

of course there isn't proof that manning cheated but i guess we should just assume he did that during the regular season :D

    • Yeah, Smitty is up there with Cam and Pep as not just my favorite Panthers, but favorite players ever.  But the poo he’s been doing since Tepper brought him back?  Save that poo and stfu.  Him getting on air and picking on Joey Slye while singing the praises of Matt Rhule and how he believed in him, and then Rhule gets canned and now he tells us it was horrible under Rhule.  The poo about Mingo being the real deal.  He is a fuging bullhorn for Tepper and it’s fuging pathetic.  As a professional, and as many have pointed out, imagine Smitty being on the field with a Rhule, a Mingo, a XL.  He would’ve fuged all them up because they weren’t pros.  Smitty had a MJ mentality - you either coming or get left behind, but you’re not gonna drag me down.  And now all of sudden you preach understanding and patience?  He’s a bully to people he can bully, and here he is punching down again (ask Anthony Bright and Ken Lucas about it) because somebody’s paying him to push bullshit.
    • He defends XL but destroys Coker. His opinions have always been useless
    • Honestly wouldn't be surprised if he has CTE. He was a tough wide receiver that liked to hit and be hit. His brain may have taken too much of a beating during his college/NFL career...
