i dont understand how our TEs disappear in the red zone

With names like Olsen/Shockey as TEs the D's tend to notice where those guys are at. Once the no name (only for non Panther fans) WR's start grabbing balls in the endzone (Yes calling you out #17) will the TE's get more of a chance to be open for TD's in the red zone. Steve / Olsen / Shockey make it where others are 1 on 1 and those guys need to make a play to free up others.....IMO

No, the field is much more compact and they lose a big chunk of their advantage.

That isn't the case at all.

Speedsters lose their advantage as DBs don't fear them getting in behind, however TEs never lose their height advantage over DBs.

That's why TEs and big possession receivers are a proper threat, as you can just lob the ball up and ask them to go and get it where the DBs can't.
