'Crawl Space' (Breaking Bad s.4; ep 11)

I know there is a thread for the season, but this episode deserves its own thread.

This was SICK!!!!! For me, it started with about 10 minutes left after Gus told him he'd kill his wife, his son, and his newborn if he interfered. Then came the last 5 minutes, which was the most intense scene I've ever seen on TV.

Had this episode aired before the Emmy deadline, we're talking 4 straight best actor Emmy's for Bryan Cranston. And best supporting Giancarlo Esposito...(although Aaron Paul has had a great season, and deserves it as well.)

Just wow.

Agreed. The last 5 minutes was intense, beating out last season when Hank found out Marie wasn't really in a car crash and someone lied to him. That was intense as well. But you could really feel Walter going off the deep end in this one, I think the camera should have panned out with him still laughing though. I don't think he should have stopped. If it had panned out and the screen suddenly turned black with his laughs echoing, it would have been more powerful. All I know is, sh*t is about to get real in the next 2 episodes.

BB is the greatest piece of television(movie or show) I've ever seen.

Yeah he easily wins 4 Emmys in a row if it came on sooner. But this point there's nothing to prove anyway.

The show is so far ahead of all other shows right now. I put this show up there with The Wire and Shield at this point, and I have a feeling by the end it'll be better than those, and that's insane.

I don't even know where it can go from here. I love that. Almost at the end of season 4 and you're still guessing, great show.

    • Trade up for a project was dumb, he's gonna be 25 next month. By the time you're deciding on whether he's worth the 5th year option or a big contract you're already gonna be thinking about moving on soon either way.
    • I mean this is legit AF statement....you don't spend that draft capital on a project just like you don't trade up for an injured RB either, which was done in the same draft.  That draft IMO was a necessary evil for DM to learn from his mistakes (I think he did but some may not). Also I have to mention I'm a big Coker fan and think getting him as an UDFA was obv a steal.  Coker is the better WR2 at this point as Legette and its not even debatable unfortunately.  Give him year 3 but don't expect much from him.  Continue in the offseason with adding as much talent and competition on the roster as possible including WR.  Or just trade his ass for peanuts and continue to build roster by any means.......
    • Losing him was a huge loss. Look at how the Bears went from a 5 win team to now a 11 win team. The Lions offensive line is bad this year, secondary is bad and Campbell going for it on 4th down all the time has cost them games instead of taking the Field Goals. Goff is inconsistent as well.
