Bionic or iPhone 4s

I am leaning toward the Bionic. I am a Verizon customer and was waiting for iPhone 5 to see if it might be better but looks like that won't happen until next year.

I am not waiting. I want a phone now I am already 6 months from my contract but I can't make a choice...

Is 4g really much faster?

Either phone will cost me the same. Which is better?

Salty, is the GN gonna be on Verizon? I haven't seen anything on it. I'd love to get a 4G phone... my X has been great but I feel the need for speed.

another thing about the RAZR, just saw that its' slated for ICS update pretty soon after launch so now decision between RAZR and Nexus Prime just got a little more difficult...
