I think it's more fitting the way I wrote it;) And for some reason, I think that would actually bother you. Personally I'd just laugh and poke fun, but I have a feeling you'd probably truly be offended if he started listening to Justin Bieber. You'd take that personally.

Ring, ring..

You know what I want. The only thing that actually matters more than all those meaningless categories you keep talking about. Winning, efficiency, scoring, not turning over the ball. Simple. In that order

You know... the ones that have proven to matter repeatedly, over and over and over all season long. Every game. Every time we argued. The ones where when we rank good we win, when we don't we lose. Unlike the rest of the vacuum stats.

Or you can keep playing that record of how many yards, or points we keep scoring and yet continue to lose. They don't matter if you are not efficient and turn over the ball all day long. Waste of effort(inefficient).

Let's see where we stood today:

416/23 = 18.0.

That would put us about 28th for the year. We're 22nd, still, about where we have been all year, and for the day, we also ranked 22nd worse in the league. But hey we're ranked top 10 in the ones that have little to do with winning! Awesome, no?

Scoring on 23% of your drives is efficient and wins games for 90% of the NFL. You want to win?? You want better YPP?? Then pray for a better defense because it ain't happening until we do.

Turning the ball over at the 40 yard line shouldn't excuse a 40 yard TD drive. Not with a decent or average offense.

But even if you put that one on the offense (which you shouldn't) if your think allowing 24 points on drives that weren't benefited by our turnovers is a way to succeed in the NFL you are void of any credibility.

Give the Panthers an average defense, we are in the playoff chase. Simple and plain.

Dude we're 22nd in efficiency as a whole on offense. Not in yards. Not in point. Not in certain situations, but as a TOTAL offensive package that we put on the field. We're inefficient. Have been all year. Teams with inefficient offenses lose.

Stop trying to argue against common freaking sense. The Panthers have an average defense when our offense plays efficient. Try to accept and grasp the concept, that teams with inefficient offenses, in the real world, not vacuum stats and fantasy football, don't have average defenses. They have losing defenses who allow more points than others. They get beat.

I know it's hard to you to admit you were wrong after so many months of arguing with me, but this isn't going to change, ok? What I have been speaking will be true NEXT SEASON as well. And the season after. And the decade after....

Yes it's possible. Even a blind squirrel can find a nut. Even Isaac Newton is wrong about gravity. It's not ALWAYS 9.81 m/s2. It does change slightly if you're on a mountain. . But the only place it really changes is in outer space...or a different world. And efficiency is no different. In a different world, inefficiency might actually lead to winning consistently. Even I am wrong from time to time-*shock*- as crazy as that sounds.

In reality though, in our world, gravity stays pretty much the same no matter where you are at, I'm rarely wrong and efficient offenses almost always win. You have to be consistently efficient to win consistently. That's just an unwritten rule of the NFL and sports in general.

Not sure where you are getting our efficiency is 22nd?? We are in the top 10 in all advanced statistics.

    • Idk man, I think it’s necessary.  There’s people working 9-5s everyday that get told poo about what they aren’t and what they’re not capable of and they’re working for scraps.  These guys are making millions.  People are watching and invested because their team and fandom is a part of their identity and a big source of pride.  When someone like Bryce comes in and is given chance after chance after chance after proving he is not worthy of the position he’s being gifted, and he continues to be the biggest reason above any that we are losing, yeah…  I think it’s fair to call a spade a spade.  Am I saying Bryce the person is trash?  Bryce the person is a piece of poo?  Absolutely not.     I came up in an era, especially in basketball, where if you were fuging up people heckled the poo out of you.  I played in rec leagues as a teen where the fuging parents were calling kids trash and yelling poo like “TURNOVER!!!  TURNOVER!!!”  “CANT DRIBBLE!”  “CANT SHOOT!”  And that’s adults screaming that poo to kids like we were in the fuging Rucker lol.🤣🤣🤣  I went on to play basketball at a collegiate level and with professional players in different settings.  What those experiences as a kid taught me was to see if there is any merit to what people are saying, and if there is, then work my ass off til they can’t say that anymore.  Come back better, tougher, harder.  And I did.  If kids can figure that poo out, an adult calling another adult who is bad at his job while making millions and millions of dollars will be just fine.
    • I have tried to like this team, lord knows I have tried. BY9 is a nice young man, if I had a daughter he can take her to prom, but he ain't QB1 and he's not Cam or Delhomme Chuba is a average RB, he isn't Stephen Davis, he isn't J-Stew McMillan has the makings of a good WR, but he isn't 89/Moose D. Brown is a great player, but if the game was on the line I want Kris Jenkins       I miss this brand of football, even in the bad Jake games the games were entertaining It has been nearly 8 years now of watching numb football
    • I'm not so sure. Something about the whole Frank/Bryce situation seemed off from day 1. Bryce didn't fit Frank's QB mold as well as Stroud, then he basically gives up when Bryce is named starter in preseason but gets virtually no reps in games. Then he looks completely unprepared and Dalton steps in in Seattle, has a decent game under immense pressure, and it's right back to Bryce. All his mechanics are terrible and he's having the worst rookie season ever and Frank doesn't bench him?  You dont have to be a conspiracy theorist to know Bryce wasn't ready to be a day 1 starter. Everything with Bryce, then coaches, and the FO seemed forced.
