"Santa" Christmas question..

Exact same discussion my wife and I had several years ago. Mine were not, hers were. And it is a big deal to her. She insists on wrapping the ones for our kids. Two years ago, she put me 100% in charge of buying presents because she didn't have the time. On Christmas eve, she hadn't even seen what I got because I stored them at my office. After everyone was down I snuck out and brought back all of them and put them out unwrapped. I thought she was going to bite my head off the next morning. Kids didn't mind a bit.

This year is the same thing, I am fully in charge and the presents are at my office. She is trying to find a babysitter for later this week just so she can come up here and wrap them to make sure they are presented that way.

Anal to say the least.

Yeah, if it came from Santa in our house, it wasn't wrapped. Which I loved, because I hated unwrapping crap.

your what is wrong with america. kids are losing their work ethic. you lazy bastards couldnt even rip off paper?

My favorite part of christmas was ripping up the paper putting it in a big pile and rolling around screaming in it. :sifone:

    • Yeah if Im running 70 in a 65 and your in my backseat Im locking my cruise control there and if you dont get the message Ill drop to the posted speed limit. Im at or in excess of the posted speed and have no obligation to yield the lane.
    • I love Chubba.  Been a fan since I heard about his story when he was at Ok St.  and no doubt his production and progression is impressive, but this is my one nitpick - he was always touted for his speed, having come from a track background, so I am honestly surprised he doesn’t have more breakaway runs for TDs than what he has achieved thus far.  But to be fair, it often feels like he is constantly having to break tackles, so when he breaks the last one where it would just be nothing between him and the end zone, that usually took long enough that a defender from the opposite side of the field got an angle to catch up.  I really hope with the receiver additions, Bryce moving forward with confidence and proving that ending stretch last season wasn’t an aberration, and another year of synergy for the OL, Chubba is gonna have some wide open running this season.  He is definitely special.  Proud of him and happy he is getting rewarded for all his hard work…
