Amazing how plans can go to crap

So made it to Hawaii guy I was supposed to stay with had the dates messed up and went out of town. So company put me in a hotel for 3 days. Had 2 rooms to setup to look at 1 this week and 1 next week because they was out of town.

So it turns out the one I setup this week rented the room out already. Really cant blame him but now I have to scramble to find a place to live. Worse part is I have been sick since arriving here. Did some checking around the past couple days either they want a 6 months lease or longer to rent the rooms or it isnt close to the bus line. Finally found a condo in which it is full of beds in the living room and a private room. Room will cost me $300 for the week and is in Wakkii but that just increase my bus ride to 1 hour and I have to be at work at 6am Monday. This is going to be a fun week. Havent had time to enjoy the sun or anything due to worrying about finding a place. Hopefully next week will be better.

Sorry for your troubles. Is there a Y there?

What kind of work do you do? How did you get sent to HI??

Even better question...how can I get there?

Yeah but really dont want to stay there. Not at that point where I have too.

New job out here once I find a place everything will be fine. But it seems like everything this week is getting snagged quickly.

Marry me. :D

I guess it could be worse, you could be in Detroit with nowhere to stay...

So very true if I turn into a bum I would rather be one in Hawaii than Detroit.

I have a money point that if I hit my ass is flying back to NC.

    • Under the old rule, this picture would show an incomplete pass, as the ball touching the ground, regardless of control, was enough to make a pass incomplete. Under the current rule, the ball can touch the ground, so long as the receiver maintains control of the ball. The rule even states that movement of the ball does not mean control was lost.  This all goes to the question I posed in my original post: can control be established and maintained with one hand during a reception? If it can, this should be a catch, as the ball never moves in T-Mac’s right hand when it touches the grab. Yes, his left hand came off, but the right did not and never lost control.
    • The Canes defense is so MUCH better with Slavin.
