Well TD wasn't a true SS at UGA, he was really a 4th that hardly ever left the box.

TD had the range and skills to stay at SS.

I really like this mock. Devon Still would fill a need, and immediately be an upgrade over Fua.

But, I think I'd rather see Jonathon Martin taken in that position. The more I've watched Jonathon Martin play, the more I'm incredibly impressed with him. If we were to trade down, I'd definitely be all for Devon Still. He's a man-beast. But, at 8th or 9th, I'd rather have the OL help, which would help prolong Jordan Gross' career.

Also, if we were to draft a punter, I'd really like us to see Quinn Sharp from Ok. State. The guy has been a conference All-American twice, I believe, and has won the Nation's best kickoff specialist award twice. He has over 45 yards net punting per punt in his career.

Sharp is a junior and won't come out until next season. I would rather have Sharp as well.

Do you think he'll return? He was a redshirted in '08, which means he'll probably be graduating this year. So, he will have another year of eligibility, but he also has an incredibly high stock right now, especially after Ok. State's awesome year.

I think still has been grossly overrated, I like the idea of the trade down to grab another safety preferably Markelle Martin. I have a weird vibe from Travis Lewis(would rather have Bradham) but I really like the acho pick

Still's footage shows a gap shooter. I want to see him hold his ground, cover 2 gaps. Sure, we don't do that much, but we will have to do a better job of keeping the OL off Beason and the LBs.

I want Markelle Martin, Acho, and I like Bradham. Another name I would throw out--Tyler Neilson (in the 5th or later). Beason would help Sean Spense (U) a lot as well.

Good mock. I really like the Minnefield pick. I am thinking the Panthers will go after a FS in the second because Martin and Lester will probably go there, but I bet DB is where we shop.
