Sorry, just copied the names from that article. I guess I saw the 1st two (who I knew were passed) and just assumed for the 3rd one. In one city in Cali, a mayor tried to this for Michael Jackson (only the capital building) and it created such an uproar that he reversed course. Whitney was great in her time but this isn't the best thing to do. It dilutes the true meaning of lowering the flag.
