all y'all...if you listen to only one thing I ever say...please, make it be this.

regardless of how strong you think your relationship is, you have to work on it "ALWAYS"!!!

don't get lazy, don't take it for granted, pretend everyday is the last day you have together and make the most of it.

Ive wanted to ask someone this for a long time.

What the hell does that even mean? What does "work" consist of?

I mean Ive contended for years that couples that have to "work" on it might do well to reconsider who they are with.

So please tell me what you mean when you say "you have to work on it".

<--married for almost 25 years

I'm glad you caught it before things got away from you Hawk and I'm not trying to pry into your business.

So maybe someone else can answer this part of it. Can someone give me an example of a situation that is complacent and how it would be different if they were "working on it".

I swear I'm not trolling. This is something that's been a head scratcher for me for many years.

    • Even if he beats the odds, returns midseason  and plays like he did last year it won’t warrant a big contract extension.
    • It’ll be interesting to see how the board falls I completely agree with you on TE for us The safety from Oregon would be the cherry on top for Evero’s defense/scheme.  If a OL’men is there that you love it would be very hard to pass up. This fan base seems to just see Walker as a stop gap but I wouldn’t be so sure. He’s the same age as Ekwonu. He’s had a much more impressive career arc/progression than Icky has. He’s the better pass protector. As far as I see it if Walker has a good year I’d bring him back over Icky. Ekwonu isn’t some elite franchise LT. Playing next to Lewis is going to be great for Walker much like it has been for Icky. We definitely need to get younger/cheaper on the OL though so for this reason alone it’s still top of my list come round 1 if board falls this way  Could also use another corner with Mike Jackson’s deal up after this season and needing a nickel but Corey Thornton looked really good in that role in the limited time we got to see him. However he’s coming off an achillies injury and you never know with those.  Then as mentioned above we do still have a need at WR. As far as “weapons” go it’s kind of a 2 man show with Tmac and Coker and neither is a burner. If Jordan Tyson is there at 19 and we can have a young WR group locked up for cheap that’s a huge advantage cap wise  And don’t forget linebacker. That clip in Devin’s Lloyd blueprint they used from Evero saying they need more intelligence there could’ve been left out for Wallace’s sake but it’s true. Wallace is lost in coverage. Pair a smart linebacker with Lloyd and that’s a group with Wallace and Cherelus being depth
