because I can only do so much with this software. I cut the N in half, flipped that copy and overlayed on the N to make the M. Then for the W I flipped that. I guess I could try skewing it or something, but I think it will look out of place regardless. SnagIt really isn't intended for these kinds of things.

the Jordan font is something I've been looking for. I found a site that allowed me to preview text, and I snagged it from there.

then i did what i could. i'm sure biscuit or some of you vector tracing people could do better, but i have no work at the moment so here's a start on the idea.

I'd definitely like either of those on white. No rush though.

When I try to do it with fill command in snagit, lots of black is left all around the letters and silohuette, and that's why my images aren't coming out clean.

edit: is that why you have stuck with the black?

I am liking the work but the group has a teeny weeny (no pun intended) request.

Can you do the blue or the black one but make it look like Cam is wearing the Superman "S" on it?

      Gustavsson would be insane. I think we would have to break the bank to afford that move. Which, I don't think is necessarily a bad idea. Ultimately, Freddie isn't likely to be around more than a couple of seasons more. We can all agree that unless they have a fleet of sports psychologists working on Kochetkov, he will never be capable of getting his head on straight enough to compete.

      I originally hated the Miller deal but with the cap projected to rise nearly $10M next season the Canes struck some pretty good deals between Miller and Ehlers. Most of the team is locked in for the next few years. Nikishin will need an extension probably in the $6M AAV range. And Blake will need one if we don’t move him. Personally I’d move Blake, picks, and any prospect not named Nikishin/Nadeau/Artamonov for McTavish as I don’t see any any of the big time players moving teams next year. Realistically the Hurricanes should just target Gustavsson next year to fix the goal tending issue. But I’m all for moving Blake, picks, and prospects for McTavish this year. Ehlers - Aho - Jarvis Svechnikov - McTavish - Stankoven Martinook - Staal - Carrier Hall - Kotkaniemi - Robinson Jost - Jankowski Slavin - Miller Nikishin - Chatfield Gostisbehere - Walker Reilly Andersen Kochetkov I’d do Blake, Felix-Unger-Sorum, and 27 2nd for McTavish.

      Very true on the length but stuff like this is never where we shine. We aren’t a good team at drafting.
