Any good routines you have come across? Mind setting out your regimen in further detail? I really need to focus on my legs more and build more muscle. I've got little chicken legs, and it isn't a good look.

Honestly I just kind of make it up as I go...

Let me get at a real keyboard and I'll put some stuff down...

So back to this...

I don't really do any particular workout regimen... I do try and switch things up everytime I workout.

I have finally gotten back into doing squats... it hurts my surgically repaired shoulder some to hold the bar, but I just do it kind of wide gripped and it's better.

Squats are really the key for me with legs.  I generally either start with barbell squats or the leg press machine and go heavy with each, typically doing pyramid sets, and for the last two sets I'll do lighter weight, higher rep with a wide stance to target my inner thigh area.

On a typical leg day I'll do that, some seated calf raise supersetted with tibia raises, leg extensions and curls, hack squats, lunges, etc, and like I said, I switch it up and do a different order each time.

That's pretty typical of all my exercises.  Lately I've been doing one day during the week where I do deadlifts and more low back/hamstring and glute work and one day where I do squats and stuff that focuses more on my quads.

I am really starting to tell a difference in both strength and appearance of my legs.

    • There are a couple of options. One is just to not accept your commission and just pay back the Academy for your education. Alot of money for normal folk, but if you're drafted high enough it's a drop in the bucket. You'll need a waiver not to go in enlisted, but normally drafted players get waivers to join the reserves instead of active duty military. Showing that you can actually go to the NFL from a military academy is much better for recruitment than having one more officer on a ship/sub/aircraft. Things were different in the Staubach and David Robinson days. I remember Mike Wahle just paying back the Academy after getting kicked out for steroids after his junior year. Not a big deal when you're drafted in the 2nd round.
    • have 10 dollars riding on the hornets to win the division to pay out 1200, my buddy has multiple bets but one would pay out close to 15k
    • Whoever you get has to be able to shoot a 3 for spacing purposes, especially if you want to replace Miles at 4 with Moose and run a different center.    I like the Miles for Giannis trade idea but where do you put him? At center?    Can you imagine a double screen and roll/slip with with Lamelo, Giannis and Kon... 👀   If you do that trade you need another free agent / draft pick to play at 4 that can stretch the floor otherwise I don't think it works.
