I actually read the same thing yesterday or the day before. There was a report that Harris was much more accurate than Norman thus far and was able to pin punt returners within the 5 yard line while Nortman was kicking it between the 10-15. The special teams coach says Nortman has slightly better hang time but didn't have the coffin-corner punting skills that Harris had but that's expected when talking about a rookie vs a vet.

There's no way they'll take Harris over Nortman on account of that they drafted Nortman.

Nortman has experience in harsh weather too which is huge.
