Vegas odds to win the superbowl

Recommended Posts

If you had to pick a team from the list which one would you pick and not pick.

Carolina Panthers 18/1

I think your schedule is going to catch up with you this year, combined in playing in a brutal division, at 18-1 the return on risk makes this a bad bet, IMO. Still coming off a 12-5 season, would make you the front runner.

Arizona Cardinals 30/1

Much easier schedule in a terrible division, makes this an attractive bet, although I must admit I am not used to the odds being so high.

Arizona who almost won the Superbowl is ranked way too lowly. Seems like a decent bet to me.

Pundits still think it's a fluke, and based on our past history who can blame them. Last year showed that all you have to do is make the playoffs and anything can happen.

Those odds have us tied for 9th overall, but we're tied for 3rd as far as NFC teams. That's not too shabby! I think a quite successful season is within our grasp, IF we stay healthy, and IF we finally get past our tendency to follow a good season with a disappointing one. I like our new DC, our running game is intact, and Jake hopefully is so ashamed from that playoff game that he will kill, or at least DIE, before he ever let's himself be so embarrassed again!

I personally think Pittsburg should top the odds. I don't see the Giants or the Cowpattties being better than them. But, of course, that's all on paper. We'll see how everyone finishes, now won't we?

I think I speak for everyone, when I say, go become a Cowboys fan. You will fit right in I'm sure.

This is a kindergarten comment. I do not buy into the attitude that everyone must predict 12-4 to be a real fan. Or be allowed to post discussion here.

I have given my reasons in depth. Further you have taken my quotes out of context.

And I doubt you speak for everyone here.

    • You’re playing madden we’re talking real football stuff…. He does have you seen his special on internet he def thinks he’s getting paid
    • Without the team having an identity kinda hard to predict what they value.  They either are really trying to build a balanced team, or preparing for another swing at qb if Bryce doesn’t pan out. Seems like we value the o line but the $ spent there has been underwhelming besides Lewis, you could say it’s because of injuries but still hasn’t been worth the investment. as already stated, the whole handling of Bryce young as a whole has been ass backwards, we spent the years we’re supposed to take advantage of having a qb with a lower cap hit, building the team up to be adequate. now It appears, key word appears, the saints have done it correctly, which is painful to even think about. Regardless, I hope the front office has paid attention to qb contracts recently, such as Tua, Kyler, Daniel jones(pre colts) and don’t settle for subpar qb play at franchise qb rates
    • This is the flaw in your logic.  Cutting 3 of our best players will somehow move us from whatever we are to "compete". Even the most Young super fans are not predicting a ceiling above top 10-12, and that will not nearly cut it.  Someone will need to break the log jam of QBs getting nothing or North of 50. Our qb is at best a middle ground, lets hope it will be us that also manage to pay the worth at about 100 over 3 years.  And before you jump me, yes that is only of he improves.
