For those of us who were <= 12 when this parting of the ways occurred, what exactly happened? I know there was bad blood, but can't find much on it. Apparently, the web isn't all knowing...

Lets see, Polian builds Buffalo into a team with at least 4-5 HOF players and goes to 4x superbowls, He takes over here and has this team in the NFC championship in its 2nd year. He goes to indy and builds a superbowl team there.

Bottom line Bill Polian = greatest GM of our generation, problem is he is an asshole and demands things be done his way. Ralph wilson nor JR would put up with that. Their teams have been crap since his departure. Humm.....maybe the owners should STFU and just enjoy the success Polian brings to their clubs?
