I'll agree much of this is coaching, but be honest for a moment, Cam lacks a lot of leadership qualities and acts like a damn baby. One case for you; today after Murphy recovers the Cam fumble, what does Cam do? He trots over to the sideline instead of thanking Murphy for saving his ass. The guy is not showing that he is a team player and leader. I'm sorry if some cant see these things because they choose to be blind fans. I've said it numerous times, I hope he turns it around and proves me wrong, but I don't see it happening.

If Cam did celebrate the media would be all over his ass for it. Uh oh Cam danced after fumbling the ball? fug that guy, he clearly isn't mature enough to be an NFL quarterback. They're looking for any excuse to tear into Cam, and the statements made by the commentators are the proof. He really can't win these people over at this point.

Sorry, this ain't tee ball where all the kids get a trophy. His job is to win games, perform at a high level on the field. That's grandiose cherrypicking....you don't know sh*t about him as a person nor do I. Maybe he isn't the most articulate, put no one gives a damn about Brady or Manning bit%h outbreaks, no because they're winners. Cam isn't as good as those guys, well at least not yet, but leadership....that's a load of crap....make TDs, that leadership.

Because a large group of people throw away any sense of logic when bashing Newton. You fugers know he threw for 350 or something close. You know he got us in scoring position a stupid number of times. Most of you bash our piss poor OC/scheme then turn around and jump on him anyways. You know he's played well out of a pro set and then make stupid allusions that he might be too stupid to run the same set he set records running the year prior. You know Smith slipped on the int, but throw the blame on Newton because lol HE THREW THE PASS. You know he took us down the field and put points on the board to give us the lead only to have the defense/coaching fug the monkey when it counted. You know he's pretty much always our leading rusher in addition to needing to pass us to victory, etc, etc.

It gets to the point that you have to wonder exactly why people act like this and say those things. It's either football ignorance, general stupidity or race.

Well if TDs are leadership to you then he ain't getting it done that way either. Leadership is not a load of crap and all ages need it. I hope I'm wrong on this, but I'd put my money on Cams career being somewhat like Mr. Cutlers. If you're happy with that, so be it.

That's right, score TDs and nobody cares, period, about that leadership crap. His job is to march the team down the field, LEAD the team to a TD. I'm sure the locker room envrionment is much different than what the media presenst or what you or I know goes on. The coach's job is to make prudent decisions to keep Cam from having to press....when QBs press, dumn stuff happens, especially young QBs with the talent of Cam. Make a 3rd and 1 with 8+ min left in the game with a 19-7 lead... Cutler is 6-1...what's the problem with him?

No, this america, everything is about race...where you shop, eat, live, work. However, on the field play is definitely no racial, but media critics and so-called fans have sterotypes and racial hang-ups. If you disagree, you're not being honest.....

You mean getting traded to a team with a #1 defense...Trade for a probowl WR that had Matt Moore as his QB and then draft another stud WR...and to a Head Coach that got to the superbowl with Rex Grossman?

      I mean the whole defense was trash, he was at least trying. Besides if you put a all-pro among 10 PSers, that all-world will look human. It's very hard to judge very bad units and find the best players among them. Horn and Mjack played well too, there was 0 pass rush and -1777784 run defense.

      I was looking back and seen Evan Neal has made the switch to OG after awful years at OT.......I wanted him over Icky for his tricep alone..... I was 100% stroud too, I was super pissed about his record setting and playoff leading start......I had arich vastly over the midget BY too. But right now, BY is about the only one on the up&up. The Texans used lots of prime draft capital to help Stroud.  It's still not ready. But if you're honestly about past drafts, these GMs are not alone in making mistakes.  I still feel they should stayed put and allowed Carter to fall in their lap, but best I know Tepper had the worst rage about landing a QB for the past 5 years. The deal is with the correct coaching staff, Baker or darnold would still be here....Baker has signed 3 years for 100 million, which is a great NFL QB contract. Tepper hiring rhule and his shitty Baylor/temple staff was a massive setback given rhule was in control too. Then panic set in an d fitteerererererer had to make a winner and find a QB. Ugh.....I hope they are back...
